CENTER HIGHLIGHT: Mini Year in Review 2017-18

Every year at the Usher Recognition Dinner we ask each of you to share your favorite performance of the past year. Give it some thought over the weekend. Here are some that stand out:

The Presenting Series included Deborah Voigt, Quetzal, Nathan and Julie Gunn, Cage Shuffle, the Preservation Hall extravaganza, Kiera Duffy, The Okee Dokee Brothers, Solera, Third Coast, The Mountaintop,  Dragons Love Tacos, Chloe Agnew, Patti LuPone and Itzhak Perlman

We had dance with Nic Gareiss: Irish Dance, Jessica Lang Dance and the Grand Rapids Ballet.

In the Browning we had the Summer Classics Series, the ANDKids festival, National Theatre Live, MET Operas, the Jewish Film Festival, and countless new and classic movies.

FTT brought us Rhinoceros, Native Gardens and the musical Spring Awakening.

Shakespeare brought us the Cabaret Event with Angela Ingersoll and the main event: Much Ado About Nothing.

The University brought us many events including the massively popular: ND Forum- Views From the West Wing.

Let’s not forget Sorin: A Notre Dame Story!

…and as always, everyone’s favorites: Game Day Masses, Commencement Ceremonies and Admitted Student Days!

Obviously, these are just a few of our great events over the year, but we can’t wait to hear your favorites on Tuesday. If you can’t make the dinner, feel free to send us an email of what was your favorite and we’ll share it with the group. Thanks!
